Local A/Ls: Minimum of 2 "C" passes & 1 "S" pass in the Physical Science stream (Covering Combined Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry).
Cambridge/Edexcel A/Ls: Minimum of 2 "B" passes & 1 "C" pass (Covering Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry).
Applicants should also pass the Aptitude Test conducted by SLIIT.
With strong focus on imparting theoretical knowledge and competency based education, the BSc. Engineering (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering incorporates students to gain hands on experience in real life assignments, group projects and co-curricular activities. The students are to attend 6 months internship during their vacation as a partial fulfilment of their degree.
